Personnel Experience
The average Compass employee has over 20 years of leadership and technical experience, and has in depth knowledge of DoD/IC operations, enterprises, practices, and end-to-end system life-cycles. Compass employees have served across a multitude of DoD/IC operations and have directly supported global combat operations. Compass employees are highly educated, hold advanced technical certifications, and include Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) corps in the Systems Planning, Research and Development Engineering (SPRDE), Program Management, Acquisition Logistics, and Financial Management disciplines. Some Compass employees hold Microsoft Certifications to support IT needs.
